Payment and Fees

Credit card payments are accepted for customer convenience; however, Highlands Quality Climate Control utilizes a third-party payment processing provider that may charge a processing fee for credit card transactions. If applicable, this fee is imposed by the third-party processor and is not controlled by Highlands Quality Climate Control. Customers who wish to avoid this fee may submit payment via cash or check.

Warranties and Liability

Manufacturer warranties may apply to certain equipment and parts and are subject to the manufacturer's terms and conditions. Highlands Quality Climate Control is not responsible for failures caused by misuse, lack of maintenance, pre-existing conditions, or factors beyond reasonable control.
